Starting with the release of Beasts of No Nation in 2015, Netflix Original Movies is still fully functional. There seems to be no shortage of them today with tons of traffic on the way. And it makes sense. With Netflix subscriptions of 125 million people, they can produce their own movies on Netflix. It's also brilliant to get out of the bottom of the six other production studios. However, this creates a problem. Which one should we see and which should we forget? Yes, we're here to help you out. here are 25 Netflix movies.

25. The king of Polka



About an immigrant who turns out to be the Pennsylvania Polka king, he ends up unintentionally using a successful Ponzi scheme and tries to cover up when the FBI first investigates him. Based on a true story, this star-studded film Jack Black mixes humor and grief in combination with beautiful aplomb.

24. A Futile and Stupid Gesture


This dark comedy is about the rise and fall of National Lampoon magazine and its creator Doug Kenney. With a comedic star writing full-length, it will surely make you laugh and be amazed all the way.

23. Shimmer Lake


Star Rainn Wilson, Shimmer Lake follows a local scandal as he tries to solve three crimes and bank violence is not serious. Critics praised Rainn Wilson's performance and labeled it as taking a genre of genius by telling stories backward.

22. Small Crimes



Starring Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, known for his role as Jaime Lannister of De of Thrones, the movie is about a former cop who returns to redemption but finds himself back in the front door that escaped. Critics call it entertaining fun and entertaining crime.

21. Spectral


This form of false science is attacking a group of soldiers against a powerful organization. It doesn’t take itself seriously and is full of fun activities. Fans of lightweight soldiers compared to the news glasses will find something they like here.

20. To The Bone


Based on real-life experiences, the film follows a woman in her fight against anorexia. He ends up in the hospital with a strange doctor and joins other patients as they go on a humorous journey at times.

19. The babysitter

The caretaker (played by Paul Rudd) takes his 18-year-old patient on a road trip where they find themselves finding new people and places along the way. If you are looking for a great comedy, then go no further.

17. Pee-Wee's Big Holiday



Updated after years of out-of-context, Pee Wee Herman returns from another great trip in the film. In this case, her friend convinces her to continue on her first vacation and eventually learns more about friendship and destiny.

16. Barry


This is a biopic focusing on young Barrack Obama during his time at Columbia University in 1981. In this film, he finds it difficult to find out who he is as he encounters different communities and social circles.

15. A Christmas Prince


Lifetime fans and Hallmark Original Movies will be filming almost instantly. It's an easy holiday for a New York Times reporter who travels to Eastern Europe to pick a prince who is about to become king. It's charming, it's believable, it's funny, and it's probably everything fans of the genre want it to be.

14. Cargo


Starring Martin Freeman, this post-apocalyptic zombie film takes a bizarre character approach to the genre and is enhanced by Freeman's excellent performance. Fans of The Walking Dead and zombie stories will definitely want to take a look at this.

13. 1922


The film starring Thomas Jane is based on a short story made by Stephen King about a rural farmer facing divorce and that his son took it from him even though his son didn't want to leave. The farmer plots to kill his wife, but the guilt of the act may be more than he can bear.

12. Okja


A science fiction that comes close to scientific truth, this movie is about a company where genetically engineers "Super pigs" for humans consumption. Hold a competition to see which farmers around the world can raise the best super pig. The South Korean girl and her father eventually become winners, but the girl realizes that it means losing her dear friend Okja. Realizing what will happen to Okja, the girl sets out on a rescue mission.

11. Burning Sands


The film is about an unbroken journey through land damage under a pledge and a pledge trying to decide between respecting the code of peace and resisting and intensifying violence. Critics say the film successfully avoids stereotypes but will also leave you mixed feelings about how things are presented.

10. First They Killed My Father


Directed by Angelina Jolie, First They Kill My Father is a bizarre story of a human rights activist trying to survive the Khmer Rouge era in Cambodia. The rotten tomato said he handled the matter with "with grace, skill, and empathy."

9. I Don't Feel At Home In This World Anymore


This dark drama starting with Elijah Wood is about a woman named Ruth who is brought up by human indecency when her house burgles. He and his neighbor decided to form a vigilante group to hunt them down and seek justice.

8. Wheelman


Starring Frank Grillo, the film follows the getaway driver after he defrauds the bank. He has tons of money for his car and his family at crossing points, he needs to find out who set him up before it's too late.

7. Gerald's Game


Translated into a novel by Stephen King, Gerald's play is about a married couple trying to rekindle their relationship by taking a vacation to a separate wardrobe. Gerald carries his wife to bed and before having sex, he suffers a fatal heart attack. Now, she (Carla Gugino) has to fight for survival while the mysterious figure hides in the shadows.

6. Imperial Dreams


The drama star John Boyega is also about a young father who returns to prison to care for his son and become a writer but sees poverty and a flawed system standing in his way. Critics call it a dark but inspiring story.

5. Beasts of No Nation


Directed by Cary Fukunaga and star Idris Elba, Beorn of No Nation is a sad and tragic story of a West African warlord capturing children and turning them into soldiers.

4. The Meyerowitz Stories (New and Selected)





With a rather formal and literary title, the film stars Ben Stiller, Adam Sandler and Dustin Hoffman about siblings struggling with their father's influence. Critics have praised the director and the actors for creating a bittersweet lens for the powerful mainstream family.

3. Tramps



About a bag swap has gone wrong by two uninitiated criminals, this romantic comedy follows them as they try to recover the right bag before things get worse.  Of course, during their escapades, they slowly become drawn to each other. Critics have called it a "genuine delight."

2. Tallulah


A young woman (played by Ellen Page) takes care of a toddler who is abandoned by her mother and recruits her ex-boyfriend's mom to help her. Critics have called it "witty, charming, and by the end surprisingly moving."

1. Mudbound


This film is set in the rural American South during World War II and is about two families clashing in public. As the two veterans return from the war and soon become friends, they will soon get into trouble from the town they once called home but now feel foreign.
